HairGlimpse generates AI previews of hairstyles on photos you upload. Previews are illustrations, not promises: real hair, real stylists and real lighting will differ. Bring the preview to your salon as a reference, not a contract.
Upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who has asked you to. Don't upload photos of minors, don't use the service to impersonate, harass or mislead anyone, and don't attempt to bypass the free-tier limits. We may block abusive usage.
HairGlimpse exists to preview hairstyles. These rules apply to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated previews and shared vote boards. You may not create, upload, request or share any of these six categories:
Do not bypass safety checks, use another person's photo without their explicit permission, or use the service for illegal activity. Permission to use a photo does not authorize prohibited content.
Every generation request's hairstyle prompt passes an automated check through the Waffo Content Safety API before it reaches the image model. If that check blocks the request or is unavailable, generation does not proceed and no credits are reserved. Our image provider also applies model safety filters; when a generation is flagged or fails, reserved credits are returned. Automated checks can miss violations and do not establish ownership of uploaded material.
We review content reports manually, considering the available evidence and these rules. Depending on the severity, we may warn the user, remove or disable access to content we host, restrict or terminate access to the service, and report unlawful content to the relevant authorities where required. Serious child-safety or violence-related reports receive priority. You can request a review of an enforcement decision by replying to our email with relevant information.
Email hello@hairglimpse.com with the subject “Content report” to report a generated preview, shared vote board, impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, or other misuse. Include the page or vote-board URL (or generation reference if available), the approximate time, what rule or right is affected, and an email address for our reply. For intellectual property reports, identify the protected work or mark and explain your ownership or authority to act.
Do not attach illegal imagery or sensitive identity documents. A link and description are sufficient to start a review. Report promptly because generated looks and shared vote boards normally expire after 7 days.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and provide a decision or progress update within 7 business days. If more time or evidence is needed, we will explain why and provide the next update timeframe. We reply to the reporting email address with the outcome and any action we can disclose without exposing another user's private information. These are processing targets, not a 24-hour emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
We handle reports impartially and limit access to reporter information to those who need it for review, enforcement or legal obligations. Please report in good faith; knowingly false reports or harassment through this channel may result in restrictions.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
